Weather update:
Blytheville High School has been awarded a $50,000 classroom makeover grant from NextEra Energy Resources through its charitable arm, NextEra Energy Foundation, to improve technology, equipment and resources as part of a continued commitment to Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) education. Blytheville High School will use the funds awarded to purchase new lab stations, textbooks, software and robotic supplies. These materials will help provide students with a more modern science education and better prepare them for science careers and trades beyond high school. Congratulations to Cametriss Spann, Blytheville High School Science Teacher for her hard work toward earning this grant for the BHS Science Department.
We want to thank the community for the outpouring of support that was shown to us during this basketball season. We couldn’t have had so much success without you!
Blytheville School District will be closed Monday, March 20- Friday, March 24 for Spring Break. We will return to school on Monday, March 27.
Anyone who wasn’t able to enter the 4A State Tournament game on Thursday, March 2, but bought a ticket will need to email GoFan at service@gofan.co. You will need to reference the event that you weren’t able to attend. Requests for refunds must be made this week. After the week is over, refunds will not be issued for this event.

Unfortunately, due to fire safety code, we reached maximum capacity and were not able to let everyone in. We want to encourage spectators to arrive at the arena as early as possible to ensure entry for future events. Let’s continue to support our Chicks as they advance on to Saturday’s game at 1:30 PM.

Tipoff begins at 8:30 PM tonight for the Blytheville vs Morrilton game, but you need to arrive early to be sure you can get a seat! Just a reminder, no cash can be used to purchase tickets.
