Our 23-24 school year is rapidly coming to a close. We have accomplished much and we hope that this has been a productive year of teaching and learning for scholars and staff. Take this time rest and rejuvenate. We look forward to seeing you in the 24-25 school year!
Tonight's Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremony is Officially in the Chickasaw Arena.
ATTENTION: Parents and guardians
Just a quick reminder, The Blytheville School District Food Pantry will be open tomorrow in the back building (not inside the school) on the Blytheville Elementary campus from 12:30-2:15 PM, or until all food boxes are gone. This program, sponsored by The Department of Human Services and the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas of Jonesboro, is available to those with a student 18 years old and under. You must have an application on file or you can fill out one on-site. If you've been approved previously, don't forget to bring your card. Eschool will be used to verify all eligible students.

Community Engagement Matters!
We love to see you celebrating the academic achievements of our scholars this time of year. We hope that you join us for all of the upcoming the celebrations. Balloons are not allowed at events held in the Chickasaw Arena.
Summer Rising Summer School will be held June 10- July 18, 2024. If a student is identified to attend, the school will contact parents/guardians. For some students, attendance will be mandatory in order to avoid retention. More information to come.
Tribe, our Family Engagement facilitators are working to get some K-3 students signed up for the tutoring grants for reading. The application is online. These grants will allow students to get assistance to improve their foundational reading skills. Contact Ms. Teresa Miner.
The Shootin’ Chickasaws Trap team traveled to Jacksonville for their regional competition. Our first squad, Tyler Whittle, Tadarrious Toney, Jackson Haught, Johnny Moore, and Rezo Jefferson. Second squad, Charlie Goodwin, Rubi Juarez, Makayla Wilson, and Ralphael Craighead.
Today is National Lunch Heroes Day! Let's give a big shoutout to all the amazing lunch heroes in the BSD who work tirelessly to provide nutritious meals for our students every day. Thank you for your dedication and hard work! You truly make a difference in our schools.#WeAreBSD
BHS held a youth leadership conference and learned about topics such as: financial responsibility , peer pressure, domestic violence, and much more. This event was sponsored by Mississippi County, Arkansas

Congratulations to Teachers of the Year for Blytheville School District. Blytheville Primary- Latoria Aldridge, Blytheville Elementary- Lekeysha Buckley, Blytheville Middle- Rosetta Kelly, and Blytheville High- Amanda Haynes. Lekeysha Buckley was recognized at the Mississippi County Regional Chamber of Commerce Banquet as the Blytheville School District Teacher of the Year. We are so proud of their dedication to our district.
